“Customer Service is fantastic - Tina was incredibly helpful in changing my delivery date with no issues whatsoever. Very helpful, explained everything in great detail regarding the driver, delivery slots etc. that is what customer service should be! Thanks Tina!”

“Fantastic service. There was an issue with a duplicate part needing to be replaced. Aimee sorted it all out promptly and the bed now looks great. Definitely recommend this company and their beds”

“We bought our beautiful pink ottoman bed from happy beds. There was a problem with the bed it arrived damaged. I contacted happy beds and the issue was dealt with promptly and we had a resolution better than what we had asked for. I can't thank Amie enough for everything she has done to sort this out. I'll be more than happy to recommend happy beds. Their customer service is excellent. It's a shame other companies can't take a leaf out of their book. Really really happy with the outcome.”

“Great service , the delivery agent failed to deliver one of the 5 items in my package. After 2 days of not hearing from the deliver agent, I Spoke with Olivia at Happy beds . She called agent and parcel was delivered on the next day (Friday). This morning/afternoon she emailed to check everything had gone smoothly and that I now had the missing parcel after bank holiday weekend. This for me is a sign of a great team member and a company that I would definitely use again in the future for this one act of customer care.”

“My mum previously purchased a tri bunk in grey with bookshelves for the girls when their room was done up, it was at the full price as it was needed urgently and even with corona in place the item was delivered rapidly. The bed was destroyed due to a flood that completely ruined the whole flat .I was so happy with the quality of the bed that I am purchasing a further bed and wardrobes from this company once I have my new place”

“It's quite difficult to find a contact number and the live chat is virtually non-existence.Nearly 10 days on and no one managed to get back to me on stock availability. After much searching I managed to find an email address, which I am guarding with my life as the only way of communication. The email option was fine and I cannot fault the person who had the curtesy to get back to me to notify me that the item is going to be out of stock for some weeks. My only concern now is that if I order from this company, and on receipt of the product, need to further speak with anyone, it will be impossible to do so. It's a shame, but please make it easier on your website for your customers to get in touch, or make the live chat actually 'live', as I still have not received a reply.”
