“Nothing bests a lovely bed and fantastic customer service. Aimee and Chloe have been amazing. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with the headboard and they made sure to send us a replacement part as quickly as possible. Thank you for being so wonderful! I would 100% recommend Happy Bed based on the fantastic after sale service”

“Unfortunately my lovely head board arrived damaged. However, Tina provided excellent customer service in resolving the issue. She arranged for a second one to be delivered two days later. This didn’t suit as I was going on holiday. Tina quickly rearranged delivery for my first day home. Can’t beat that!”

“Dreadful customer service after I received a faulty bed. It's now 5 days on and I have no tracking for the replacement part, a half built bed in a room a now cannot use and was told that I have to dispose of the very large faulty part myself! No suggestion of compensation. Shocking service, avoid at all costs.”
