“Good responsive customer service! The bed arrived and it had been damaged in transit. The damage was not immediately apparent. i phoned Happy Beds and was really pleased at the helpful response i got from them - an immediate offer of replacement after i sent pictures of the damage. i got really helpful and friendly responses from both Sophie and Harley. Great customer service!”

“We actually had a small issue with one part being the wrong size. Easily done, wasn't the end of the world! What really stood out to me was when I went to get the issue sorted (new part sent to us), the customer service I got from Lizzy & Chan was great. They dealt with the issue so fast, I had resigned myself to not knowing anything for a bit, and it was sorted within the hour. And they were so lovely too. Situation could have been much more annoying, but they were great. So chuffed.”
