“We actually had a small issue with one part being the wrong size. Easily done, wasn't the end of the world! What really stood out to me was when I went to get the issue sorted (new part sent to us), the customer service I got from Lizzy & Chan was great. They dealt with the issue so fast, I had resigned myself to not knowing anything for a bit, and it was sorted within the hour. And they were so lovely too. Situation could have been much more annoying, but they were great. So chuffed.”

“Good bed arrived in good order except for a couple of parts of the drawer were faulty(manufacturing issue) but no problem to Happy Beds at all, a couple of emails with photographs and replacement parts were with us inside a week. Thanks to Harley for sorting so painlessly.”

“The customer service i recieved from sophie and jack was absolutely perfect. I had a faulty mattress and they quickly organised for a replacement to be sent to me and to have the faulty mattress taken away. They replied in a very timely manner every time and were friendly. I now have a nice new mattress and i couldnt be happier!”

“I've bought a bunk bed, two single beds and a small double bed from Happy Beds so I'm a very satisfied customer. Most recently Liv in Customer Service organised replacement parts for a single bed speedily and with straightforward emails and no fuss. Good work”

“Issue with broken headboard but rectified quickly. Lizzy was very responsive to my emails, offering a solution to this issue and also advising the delivery company of a safe place as I was worried I would not be home. Overall the bed-frame is lovely and a good price.”
