The bed arrived and it had been damaged in transit.
The damage was not immediately apparent. i phoned Happy Beds and was really pleased at the helpful response i got from them - an immediate offer of replacement after i sent pictures of the damage. i got really helpful and friendly responses from both Sophie and Harley. Great customer service!
