“I placed an order but forgot to use a 10% discount code I had. When I contacted them to ask if they’ll apply the code I got a very prompt response. The customer service I received was excellent particularly from Sophie who dealt with my request efficiently and promptly. She was very understanding and showed real understanding of a customer’s needs. The discount was applied. Totally satisfied.”

“I was very pleased with the customer care from Sophie 😊 I’d ordered a bed hastily that I’d didn’t really want as the one I really wanted was out of stock. She was brilliant with her quick response and immediately cancelled my order! I will just have to be patient till my desired bed comes back in stock 😊”
