AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nightmare company who clearly just take your money. Customer Service / Satisfaction is NIL. I will never order or recommend. Unbelievable. Totally ripped off.

Awful costumer service from Lizzie and Aimee. Zero help with order issues. Mattress was not delivered (not my fault), was told via email by Aimee I had to pay £50 redelivery fee. When I gave a new date for redelivery via phone call to Lizzie I was told that was not possible. I was told I would either be charged £100 and receive no mattress or now pay £80 to have it redelivered 6 days later. Was made to feel it was my fault, they gave no helpful solutions, attitude was awful. Lizzie should not be working with the public with her rude attitude towards customers. Avoid this company unless you wish to be scammed out of more money. Will not be recommending this company due to poor customer care. Very similar reviews to this experience on here. Will update this review once I have received mattress.

Contacted Happy Beds as mattress I purchased wasn’t the correct size. Aimee was very helpful and advised me what to do. She then contacted the manufacturers, who agreed to a full refund, which she advises is now being processed! Thank you Aimee for your help.

Delivered very promptly and delivery drivers were helpful. Unfortunately one of the slats was missing from the order, however Aimee at the customer service team has been very responsive and helpful at dealing with the issue and the replacement slat should be on its way with us shortly.

Ordered 4 beds all were delivered as expected. 1 Replacement part was needed that was dispatched quickly. Communication was great from both Happy Beds and the courier.

I ordered a mattress. It arrived on time and looked very comfortable and generally well-made. However, unfortunately it did have a small tear in it, which was quite disappointing as it was my first experience of buying a mattress online. That being said, Aimee, the person who I managed to get in touch with regarding the issue, was very compassionate and apologetic in her response. She arranged a prompt collection from my home, and issued a full refund straight after. So in that aspect, the customer service was brilliant and I really don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I understand that these things can happen (I probably just had bad luck), and I suppose I’d be willing to try buying from them again as the product was of good quality and the company themselves seemed very professional, at least that’s the impression that Aimee gave off. I believe they redeemed themselves for the 5/5 because of their quick and easy collection/refund. Good company overall. (P.S. the delivery drivers were very kind too)

Aimee was fantastic. We had an issue with one door on our wardrobe not closing due to some warping. She dealt with all our messages promptly, professionally and we have a replacement door on the way. Fantastic customer service.

Customer service was brilliant. Bought a bed which had a problem, Aimee dealt with my issue and responded quickly and resolved the problem well. She was polite and efficient. I'm impressed by the customer service.
