“The triple bunk bed i ordered is a really good product the three kids love it,it did arrive with a few slight damages but i emailed happy beds and a really nice lady from customer service (Aimee) sorted things out for me straight away brilliant customer service skills and very quick responding to emails. thank you”

“5 stars for customer service from Aimee but would’ve been 4 for the bed, which had a slat break within just a couple of months which was disappointing. Aimee arranged a delivery of a replacement which arrived promptly thank you!”

“Aimee couldn't have been more helpful. The shelf broke in my daughter bed and this was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Happy Beds. Excellent after sale care (which is hard to find) thank you Aimee I will have a very happy 9 year old!”
