“Emailed the customer service team to ask if they could send a couple of fabric samples, replied very quickly to confirm samples had been posted Great customer service from Aimee. If i like the fabric and colours I will certainly be buying from them”

“Fantastic quality bed. Looks much more expensive than it actually was because of Happy Beds competitive prices. I thought one piece of the flat pack was missing but needn't have worried asI found it at the bottom of the box as I neared completion of the bed. I had contacted customer care and Aimee responded v quickly and was very helpful although I didn't need the help in the end.”

“We brought the Simpson TV bed and it's been great. We did have a small problem with the remote that the button got stuck. We got in touch with the the company and spoke to a woman called Aimee and she was really helpful they are sending another replacement remote. Great service overall.”

“Ordering and delivery easy and quick. Packages were quite wet and dirty but heavy rain and it was only outside packing. Unfortunately we had too many of one part and not enough of another, but problem reported yesterday and today Aimee has let us know that part missing should be delivered asap. Thank you.”

“Bought a Bunk Bed, to be honest the quality is not really good, so during the installation I broke some parts. However Aimee from Happy Beds was very quick and helpful. She ordered replacement parts free of charge and within days. Thank you Aimee!! Excellent Customer Service. So dont hesitate to buy from them as anything goes wrong they are happy to help”

“This is the second ottoman bed I have purchased from Happy Beds and I am very happy with the overall look and function of the bed. I had a few issues with the construction of the bed but the excellent customer service team were readily available to help and a solution was found quickly.
