“We ordered and received an ottoman bed and mattress which we were over joyed with Unfortunately we had an issue with the bed frame which was sorted efficiently and professionally by Amiee customer services. I would recommend this company and look to purchase further items in the future. Thank you for your swift responses Amiee”

“Would like to thank both Aimee and Kyi in customer service for their help with our order and return. The mattress we ordered - we needed to return. Aimee and Kyi helped us and gave great communication and instruction on the return policy. Would have given 5 stars however, Regarding the return policy, note people you have to return the mattress yourself. We are very grateful to all involved in helping us return the mattress. Once mattress received back at Happy Beds we received our refund. Thanks to all”

“i made purchased my product with no issues unfortunatly unbeknownst to myself i accidentally made a minor misatake when inputting my email address so subsequently i never recieved my order confimation or tracking info so i messaged happy beds with my concerns and was attended to by aimee who responded to my query extremly fast and given the relevant info found my purchase and details explained what i had done wrong without being rude and amended the incorrect details promptly and professionally i was comforted by her emails in that i was not made to feel like an idiot for the error and how quickly it was able to be remedied . top marks for very professional and extremly helpful customer service for aimee.”

“We ordered 2 cabin beds, mattresses and chest of drawers. The communication from the beginning was first class, order summary given along with delivery details. The night before I recieved a two hour time slot as promised. Delivery arrived within the first hour of the time slot, a couple of boxes had some minor transport damage but everything inside was in perfect condition. Delivery team carried everything up two flights of stairs and stacked neatly. I spent the next 6 hours putting things together and everything fits together well and feels and looks quality. One small fixing was broken but Aimee from customer services had a couple sent out on the post the next day. Great service. Thank you.”
