“We ordered 2 beds for our children and unfortunately the supplier gave a long delivery date that was moved twice. We were given the option of a full refund or ordering something else at every point. Communication was quick and polite and clear on what our options were. They were the only company I could see giving options on the website about selecting mattresses at the same time which meant they were guaranteed to fit correctly. Sophie has been contacting me and has done a great job keeping us in the loop. We're looking forward to delivery from the supplier this week for our new selection of beds. 😊”

“Aimed was absolutely brilliant. Ordered a king-size bed few days ago. Afterwards realised the double pink bed became available, which i placed an order. Was very impressive got a quick swift response to say the king-size bed order has been cancelled and will receive a refund soon.”

“Lovely sofa bed speedy delivery - I genuinely thought the bed was coming in 2 parts so was a bit of a challenge getting it up the stairs but a bit of pivoting and it was all good and also really nice service from Aimee when I needed it before the bed arrived”

“The service I received from Happy Beds was excellent. I ordered a bed which, unfortunately had to be returned due to a manufacturer’s error and this was dealt with extremely efficiently by Aimee and Sophie. It was a seamless service, from ordering, delivery, returns and refund. The communication and respect I received I can’t praise enough. Thank you and I would certainly recommend Happy Beds.”

“Excellent from start to finish, ordered with no issues and although sceptic from not seeing the product in person- took a chance based on the excellent reviews. Initially ordered a Denver kingsize to try it out, was happy with this so went on to purchase a Fenton too. Both beds arrived exactly as per schedule, I was kept updated at all times. Happy with the products and where there was some minor issues on a couple of parts the customer service I received from Aimee and Chloe has been absolutely fantastic. They answered my queries promptly and provided replacement parts that were delivered within a couple of days. Cannot fault the service, will use again and have already recommended to family members and friends! If you aren’t sure- just read the reviews and order as these products are as described and much cheaper than other retailers!!!! Denver is right on trend and sturdy. Fenton- I’m so impressed with how well put together it is, stitching is great, platform base is really sturdy & solid base of the ottoman wont flex over time, loads of space for storage. Realistically it is a little heavy to lift but not really an issue. Really impressed with this company!!! Keep up the great service guys!”

“Had a girl, Aimee, respond to my query. Hopefully it made her giggle at least a little as I queried an order I’d made and not read the follow up email before frantically contacting customer service. She was lovely though, very helpful and didn’t even mention my stupidity 🙈. My 3rd (or so) order from here, won’t use anywhere else now, beds are beaut and prices are fair”
