“I made a mistake with the date I wanted my bed delivered. I spoke to a lovely lady named Tina who accommodated the date I needed and this put my mind at rest. Excellent customer service thank you Tina”

“I was not 100% happy with some pieces of the bunk bed I ordered, however I need to give credit to customer service that was excellent ! I in particular talked to Aimee who was very helpful during the whole process. So I will definitely recommend this site.”

“it took 3 deliveries for the base, mattress and headboard to arrive. The base arrive damaged, customer service was excellent. They kept me informed, very quick to sort out everything and very happy with the bed.”

“I had to cancel the order reluctantly due to a fallen through house move, but Tina actioned my request, without delay. There were no charges and to be honest I felt treated in such a rare way by a company! I was expecting a fight or a charge, but it was handled fairly and without any of the usual drama I think most of have come to expect. This means that Happy Beds will be my first port of call for new beds in the future without hesitation. I’m looking forward to re-ordering the bed when we FINALLY move house. Thank you.”
