“So far so good. Had hiccup when ordering and had to restart application and seemed to have accidentally put delivery date for 2 days ahead rather than following month. Got through to Aimee who was a great help and now all scheduled for correct date”

“Delighted to be able to move a delivery date forward re an order of Bunk Beds for my two Grandsons. A change of a planned date meant that my two young Grandsons would be arriving before the new Bunk Beds were delivered, I e mailed Customer Services and Tina magically had the date moved forward in good time for the assembly to take place and the new Space teamed bedding that will delight them put in place. More than grateful. Margaret”

“We chose Happy Beds for a bunk bed as it was a great price and the company has very positive reviews. I needed to amend the delivery date and this was no hassle; a quick phone call. Once we received the packages, I noticed that the trundle-drawer was missing. The website provided an easy to complete form, and the Aimee and Tina responded promptly, arranging delivery of the missing item within a couple of days. This was great customer service.”
