“Delighted to be able to move a delivery date forward re an order of Bunk Beds for my two Grandsons. A change of a planned date meant that my two young Grandsons would be arriving before the new Bunk Beds were delivered, I e mailed Customer Services and Tina magically had the date moved forward in good time for the assembly to take place and the new Space teamed bedding that will delight them put in place. More than grateful. Margaret”

“We chose Happy Beds for a bunk bed as it was a great price and the company has very positive reviews. I needed to amend the delivery date and this was no hassle; a quick phone call. Once we received the packages, I noticed that the trundle-drawer was missing. The website provided an easy to complete form, and the Aimee and Tina responded promptly, arranging delivery of the missing item within a couple of days. This was great customer service.”

“I found myself needing to return a mattress after contacting Happy Beds the process was made very easy. The only downside has been how long I have had to keep the mattress before collection. Aimee and Jack Thank you for your help in resolving things for me.”

“I ordered a bed a couple of months back, intending to have it delivered to the property I was purchasing. Unfortunately, it fell through, and I did not need it. I contacted customer service, and Tina replied. She was helpful and understanding. Although I didn't see Happy Beds products, the customer service was brilliant.”

“I needed to change my delivery day and Tina from Customer Services dealt with it really quickly. The mattress was delivered on time and Panther delivery service kept us informed on the day. Many thanks - mattress looks just as advertised and fits the bunk bed nicely. Thanks to everyone.”

“Excellent customer service from Sophie and Aimee. I bought the Captains bed which is self assembly. I made a mistake during the assembly and accidentally screwed through the door-nothing major but disappointed as it was brand new! I contacted Happy Beds and after a few emails with Sophie and Aimee, a brand new part arrived. Well done Happy Beds and thank you for the excellent customer service.”
