“I received my order yesterday and just wanted to say how happy I am with your service. The bed was delivered within the 2 hour time slot and the guys carried the boxes to where I wanted. The instruction were easy to follow and I was impressed that each part had a box number where you could find them which was so helpful. The bed looks great and my son is over the moon with it. Such good value for money too. Just wanted to give you feedback and I will definitely recommend your company to others”

“A few months ago i purchased a bed and i was very satisfied with the product. I now wanted to purchase a chest of drawers to match the bed frame colour. After a few email discussions with Jade ( customer service) she managed to send me out a sample from the manufacturers so i could see how good the match would be. It matched up almost perfectly and Jade went above and beyond to make dealing with Happy Beds a very enjoyable experience from day 1. Needless to say I've ordered the chest and I'm now awaiting delivery. Thanks again Jade for all your help you've been a star :)”

“It was delivered without any problems on time. It's a good strong bed the ottoman bed is great for the amount of storage space that's underneath. I have also wrote a review on trustpilot. And on Facebook about the service l got from happy beds. I would recommend Happy beds to anyone.”

“On the day of confirmed delivery On the day of confirmed delivery, Happy Beds informed me they would not be delivering my mattress. As the order was confirmed i had already god rid of my existing bed and mattress. The bedframe arrived, however there was no mattress. This left me with no bed to sleep. Numerous emails and a 5 days later, they confirmed my mattress was being delivered and to expect confirmation. This confirmation did not arrive, so, I emailed them to ask for an update and have only been told they are looking into it. So, I still do not have a mattress and they have not giving any real information / updates / compensation or a reason why they have failed to deliver a mattress. The bed and mattress were both quite expensive and i would not have expected such poor treatment of a customer. Disgraceful.”

“We ordered a Kimbo bed for my daughters 4th Birthday. The couriers rang us a week in advance to tell us what date they would deliver and they were true to their word. The bed was straightforward to build and the instructions were very clear. My daughter is ecstatic with her new bed and i couldn't fault the overall experience with happy beds. Highly recommend.”

“My daughters absolutely love this bed! The instructions were made easier because every piece was so well labelled and it is very good quality craftsmanship. One packet of white plastic plugs was missing but customer sercice sent it first class immediately. Would definitely recommend!”

“Absolute madness. I ordered a mattress for 150f which had a stain on the side and half of the mattress could clearly feel it was being used. Customer service told me that in this situation I can only refund and pay 60f for transport, so I only regained 90f. I definitely do not recommend.”

“Ordered a bed and mattress a few weeks ago. At first I was slightly skeptical due to the low price. From when I first placed the order I was kept informed of the orders progress and I got a call 5 days before the delivery date. I then got a call in the morning to confirm the time slot. The delivery men were very friendly and we’re very professional and took all safety precautions with the current situation. The bed quality is superb and i can’t believe what a great deal I got! I would highly recommend anyone to use this company and I would buy from them again!”

“I ordered a Hexham fabric end storage bed frame and majestic 1000 pocket sprung orthopaedic mattress both in double. The ordering process was simple and I choose my delivery date. I was contacted re delivery which arrived very well packaged. The bed frame had easy to follow instructions for my son and husband to follow. My teenage son is thrilled with his new bed and added storage space.”

“Ordering our memory foam mattress was simple and fantastic value for money. It was purchased for my 17 year old son who is an apprentice mechanic. He has found the orthopaedic memory foam mattress as god send. After a long day at work he gets a fantastic nights sleep. Delivery was excellent - could follow it via the app and communicate wonderful. I would not hesitate to order or recommend Happy Beds. Fantastic service and products.”

“Ordered a super king bed and mattress, absolutely love them. They look great! The slats were a real faff to put together and didn’t quite seem to fit in their holes but hasn’t affected the quality of the bed. If it wasn’t for them the bed was really easy to put up on my own. I’ve got another Ortho Royale mattress which I’ve had for 4 years and it’s still as comfortable as the day it arrived. Hence why I knew I needed to order the same to go with this bed. Paid extra for the delivery to a room of choice: worth paying for. The two delivery guys were absolutely brilliant and got the bed (somehow) up two flights of stairs without a complaint. So polite and a great sense of humour! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
