“A part of my ottoman bed broke, I emailed them and sent photos, they replied straight away and sent me a replacement, great customer service thank you!”

“Ordered 2 beds for our children. They are good solid beds and we’re easy to put together. Unfortunately a couple of the drawer fronts were split, but customer services were easy to deal with and Jack arranged for replacements to be sent out promptly.”

“Excellent service from happy beds. Prompt delivery, in fact earlier than expected. The delivery company they used were excellent too. However, on putting our bed together two slats were missing. On contacting customer services, had excellent service from both Lizzie and Sophie keeping us in the loop at all times, even when there was a slight delay. Hence that’s why I gave it five stars despite the missing slats.”
