“Excellent service from happy beds. Prompt delivery, in fact earlier than expected. The delivery company they used were excellent too. However, on putting our bed together two slats were missing. On contacting customer services, had excellent service from both Lizzie and Sophie keeping us in the loop at all times, even when there was a slight delay. Hence that’s why I gave it five stars despite the missing slats.”

“Item shipped as stated. All pieces present! We had 2 holes that were damaged in transit but they replaced them within days and used a different carrier! New poles arrived not damaged. Took 2 nights to build. Very happy with Happy Beds so they live up to their name for us and would purchase again! Only slight niggle is that they say to use brackets to attach it to the wall in the instructions but there is no part to do so and no instructions on how to either. We haven't bothered contacting them as not that bothered any way! It's a very heavy item so can't see it tipping over. So A +++!”

“A great product, good price, and the staff on this team are great. The person delivering the flat pack beds was very polite and helpful; and we had a great service from Aimée in customer services when a part needed replacing. She was kind, efficient and prompt with her communications and kept me informed right through until the new part arrived. The beds are up and looking great now.”
