“I tried Happy Beds after looking at all the usual competitors, and their products seemed too good to be true at the price point. However, the “design a bed” feature was simple and extremely helpful, and after ordering, delivery was quick and efficient. I am extremely happy with the mattress and divan. There was damage to one drawer; however, their support was superlative, and I was very helpfully assisted by customer services advisors Sophie who promptly arranged for a new drawer to be quickly delivered to my new address. Can’t recommend highly enough for price, quality, convenience, efficiency, and now customer service thanks to Sophie”

“I had an issue with my ottoman storage bed that had stopped staying up when lifted. As it was still under guarantee, Sophie at customer service was very helpful and prompt in dealing with my request for new parts for the bed.”
