“Really good customer service. I didn't have to wait a long for my call to be answered and nor was I put on hold. So no music for ten minutes. My issue, which may I say was totally my fault (I ordered the same bed twice) was dealt with within minutes. Happy Beds called me and emailed me to inform me of my mistake. Which as stated was sorted out within minutes. With no hesitation on the companies part. I received a confirmation email stating that one of the two orders had been cancelled. All sorted within ten minutes. Thank you Happy Beds. From a happy customer.”

“The bed was delivered 3 years ago. We had a slat break which Happy beds sent replacement slats asap. This year the draw handles broke and Happy beds sent replacements immediately. Very happy with this company as they are so helpful. Aimee was my correspondent and she dealt with the matter quickly and effectively :-)”

“We had a problem wirh a bed after 9 months, however Aimee at Happy Beds explained the procedure, what info was required and timescales for replies. The details was immediately passed to the manufacturer and within a couple of days Aimee had arranged a full refund. It was nice to have the same person contacting you each time. Complaint couldn't have been handled better.”
