“When we assembled the bed, we found that a cam lock was missing but Aimee was very efficient and contacted the manufacturer immediately, and we received spares in the post two days later. The description of the bed and the mattress are correct, and I am very satisfied with them both. The delivery men were very helpful which was good, as the packages were really heavy. Overall, I was very impressed with the Service and the product, and would buy from Happy Beds again.”

“I want to say special thanks to Aimee, Kyi and Lizzy who helped me source spare parts to my bed I bought 4 years ago. We have lost all the legs and some screws and they helped me to find spares and sent it out to us 🥰I’m so happy we can keep our beloved bed . Thank you”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with customer service team ( Chantal, Olivia & Caroline) I had to amend my order and need to say how friendly and efficient they were. It was amended straight away after stock level was checked and I received an email to confirm that my order of 2 mattresses and 2 beds had been changed from small double to double as I had requested. Thank you”

“The bed is per the advertised photos and simple enough to build, although the instructions were missing some important points. We needed some advice and parts so contacted customer service who were very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t fault anything. Thank you to Aimee and Chantal”

“Quick delivery, good quality items. Customer service is great, we were speaking to a lady called Aimee as one of the parts for the bed was faulty. Dealt with it quickly and replacement sent a couple days after the initial enquiry. Thank you”

“Great price, even better customer service from Sophie and Caroline. Very pleased with the bunk beds I purchased and when there was a problem with one of the pieces the customer service team were brilliant and resolved the problem quickly. Would order form them again.”

“This company sends you whatever they have in stock and NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED. Then they claim you have to self return it since there is a paragraph in Terms and Conditions. Scammers who think they get away with it in UK. I am submitting papers to Small Court , they are breaking UK LAW”

“Our delivery was within a week from ordering. We received a wrong part but within a week this was rectified by Aimee, Jack and Sophie so there are no complaints and would recommend this company. I’m presuming that the replacement part will come on the date advised and it will be correct (I’ve no reason to believe it won’t be) many thanks is to the happy beds team.”
