“After a year of the bunk bed in a 2 singles configuration, I wanted to put the beds into a bunk configuration but had misplaced the assembly instructions and Aimee very swiftly responded to my email. Thank you! Also had a missing part and was replaced swiftly.”

“We purchased our Pegasus High Sleeper in November 2021 and it is fantastic. Great solid bed with good storage space and desk. I contacted customer services recently as we needed a copy of the assembly as we are moving house and need to take apart and put back together - Aimee was wonderful, super quick and helpful service - Thankyou!”

“Very efficient and knowledgeable customer service by Olivia. Wanted to add a mattress to my bed order after I previously ordered the bed only. Telephone answered promptly and purchase completed and added to the order without any issue. Very happy. Highly recommend, will use again.”

“When we assembled the bed, we found that a cam lock was missing but Aimee was very efficient and contacted the manufacturer immediately, and we received spares in the post two days later. The description of the bed and the mattress are correct, and I am very satisfied with them both. The delivery men were very helpful which was good, as the packages were really heavy. Overall, I was very impressed with the Service and the product, and would buy from Happy Beds again.”

“I want to say special thanks to Aimee, Kyi and Lizzy who helped me source spare parts to my bed I bought 4 years ago. We have lost all the legs and some screws and they helped me to find spares and sent it out to us 🥰I’m so happy we can keep our beloved bed . Thank you”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with customer service team ( Chantal, Olivia & Caroline) I had to amend my order and need to say how friendly and efficient they were. It was amended straight away after stock level was checked and I received an email to confirm that my order of 2 mattresses and 2 beds had been changed from small double to double as I had requested. Thank you”

“The bed is per the advertised photos and simple enough to build, although the instructions were missing some important points. We needed some advice and parts so contacted customer service who were very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t fault anything. Thank you to Aimee and Chantal”
