“I had an issue where there was a bracket missing from the bed I purchased and without this the bed was unusable. I contacted customer service Aimee replied promptly and resolved the issue ensuring that a replacement part was to be sent ASAP. Aimee has been extremely helpful and efficient and I am very happy with the service she provided and I look forward to receiving the replacement part and fully assembling the bed. Thank you again Aimee.”

“I have been charged twice for a bed due to website error. I have contacted customer service and Aimee was taking care of my request, she has solved it basically right away and I received my funds within 3 days. Great customer service!”

“Very happy with the bed and mattress purchased from Happy Beds. We discovered a damaged section when we unpacked the bed, and started to assemble it. Aimee in Customer Services soon resolved this - she arranged for a replacement part to be sent out, and we are expecting this in the next few days. The courier firm used were also very helpful - sending an estimated time of arrival the night before delivery day, and then calling me when they were an hour away. Most helpful, and often not the service I have received from other furniture companies.”

“I had an issue with my order yesterday. As a result, I couldn't complete my order after I had put in all my card details. I was worried that money was taken out without the order. Called the company. I was helped by this young lady named Katy. She was so helpful and patient with me. Took me through the online order step by step. Completed the order while she was on her phone. She also went above and beyond to check my order this morning and emailed me to confirm the order. You are a superstar Katy.”

“Hello all =) Recently I purchased a Simpson's TV Bed from happybeds. After a little bit of struggle I managed to put the bed together. Overall, I am very happy with, my wife loves it as our room had very limited space and even our children (5 and 10 year old) are always in my bed. I was impressed with the delivery team, I live on 4th floor, no lift and although they were advised to bring only up to 3rd floor, they assisted me with the last set of stairs. After I had done the bed, I noticed that the 2 pull-up straps for the storage were missing, I called Happybeds and spoke with Aimee, upon explaining the situation to Aimee, she was very caring, understanding and professional, she was apologetic and told me to not worry as she would take care of it for me, I have now received a confirmation email stating that the missing item is on the way via first class mail and I couldn't be happier. I will definetely use you guys again and recommend to friends. Oh, overall the bed quality is amazing =)”

“I bought an ottoman small double bed with a velvet headboard. The bed is very comfortable and looks smart. I had a problem with one of the legs where the screw was off centre and at an angle. After contacting Happy Beds I have been sent replacement legs. Thank you tro Aimee and Jack for sorting this out.”

“I purchased a triple bunk bed from Happy Beds and found a set of screw and barrel bolt were missing. I wrote to their customer service and Aimee was very prompt to look into the issue for me and got the missing parts dispatched by the manufacturing team on the same day. Many thanks Aimee for your prompt help.”
