The customer service i recieved from sophie and jack was absolutely perfect.
I had a faulty mattress and they quickly organised for a replacement to be sent to me and to have the faulty mattress taken away. They replied in a very timely manner every time and were friendly.
I now have a nice new mattress and i couldnt be happier!
