“We had previously had a very poor experience with another local company so was extremely pleased with how easy it was to speak to the initial customer service team who booked the initial appointment sent us confirmation, and true to their word the engineer arrived within the allocated timescale ( the previous engineer didn't turn up until 6 hours after the time slot with no phone call to explain when he would be coming). They provided us with details of the problem the solution and how quickly they could have the part ordered and to fix it. Excellent customer service from all within the company returning calls when needed without having to call and prompt theme to do so reasonable rates which am happy to pay to get the job done with no hassle. Great company to deal with would highly recommend. They have 5* service from initial contact to after care follow up.”
