“This is a very satisfactory service he explained beforehand would he have to do. He kept very satisfactory time and he explained what he had to do and it was all told in a matter of time Explained by an indivual who has suffered a stroke and a wife who is bed bound.”

“Brilliant service. Called me back really quickly. Really helpful and clear on the phone. Electrician was helpful, polite and explained everything to me. Called half an hour before arriving so I knew when to expect him and checked everything over before I left to make sure I was reassured. Would recommend and would use again.”

“I was very pleased with the service received from the communications team (email &phone) and also the engineer that was sent. He patiently answered my questions and helped explain various things. I also noted that the cost was significantly cheaper than had I used British Gas. Recommended.”
