Completely reliant on the tradesperson, who was pleasant and polite and explained matters where my understanding might have been lacking. I think the total cost should have been slightly less but where leaks are concerned if not dealt with will cost you more later on with any additional damage that happens.”

“Original enquiry was by email and had a telephone call within half hour. Appoint meant made and I was kept up to date about the arrival time of the engineer. Engineer was clean and tidy with his work, even took his shoes off when he came in. Made the effort to trace the boiler fault and fix the problem rather than just replace all the parts and charge the earth. Can't complain about any part of the service.
