“Really happy with a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly service. The engineer was always happy to explain the problem, the options and what work would be involved. Work always carried out with least possible disruption and untidiness. Following a recent job, I received outstanding customer service on a query I needed to follow up.”

“Original enquiry was by email and had a telephone call within half hour. Appoint meant made and I was kept up to date about the arrival time of the engineer. Engineer was clean and tidy with his work, even took his shoes off when he came in. Made the effort to trace the boiler fault and fix the problem rather than just replace all the parts and charge the earth. Can't complain about any part of the service. Everything done and dusted within a few hours. Highly recommended.”
