“Very easy to book a workman, the call centre was polite and very helpful. All my emails were followed up and answered appropriately. The handyman came in the time slot, he was friendly and informative. The work was completed to a high standard. I agreed the price, an invoice was emailed to me and easy bank transfer to pay. Definitely use this company again”

“I am particularly impressed with the women I have spoken to on the phone - so helpful and clear. A great comfort. Daniel the man who came to check my boiler situation couldn't have been more helpful too. He answered al my questions and didn't make me feel daft for asking them - which some people do.”

“From the first time of contact, they have been professional and very clear. On the day of the appointment, the engineer rang to notify he was on his way. We received a message in advanced to let us who the engineer was, on not a penny was charged until we were satisfied with the work carried out. Highly recommend them.”

“Lady that called from the office to discuss booking an appointment. She was very friendly and polite. Managed to get booked that afternoon. Chris called ahead before arriving. Really nice fella. Polite well presented and managed to fix leak without breaking a tile. Left bathroom cleaner than it was before he arrived! I also received a courtesy call from them the next day to check that we were happy.”

“Arkadiusz (Arek) did an amazing job modifying our electric setup and installing our new microwave oven! He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, friendly and did the job in no time! He left everything tidy and even took the packaging away with him. Would highly recommend him!”
