“From the first time of contact, they have been professional and very clear. On the day of the appointment, the engineer rang to notify he was on his way. We received a message in advanced to let us who the engineer was, on not a penny was charged until we were satisfied with the work carried out. Highly recommend them.”

“Lady that called from the office to discuss booking an appointment. She was very friendly and polite. Managed to get booked that afternoon. Chris called ahead before arriving. Really nice fella. Polite well presented and managed to fix leak without breaking a tile. Left bathroom cleaner than it was before he arrived! I also received a courtesy call from them the next day to check that we were happy.”

“The job wasn't done properly, though the handyman was nice about it and actually didn't have the equipment at the time to do it - so I didn't blame him, it just wasn't completed and I had to buy all the equipment and do it myself the week later. Given this, the fee for the job was very expensive, and when I explained and asked to review the fee, they gave my number straight back to the handyman rather than talk to me themselves, making it very confrontational. I paid the fee to avoid the awkwardness. Unprofessional and expensive.”

A following email was submitted very quickly, the tradesmen rang 30 minutes before arrival and the completed repair was finished within 5 hours from the initial phone call. “I was delighted with the service when booking the work. All costs were explained and plumber arrived in good time. Job was tricky, but carried out professionally. Everything was shown to me and explained. Whilst working, all items under sink were removed and returned, and surfaces wiped down. Area that was used outside was cleared away and left as found. Very good service, and job well explained and carried out.”
