“If I ever get the handles I’ll be able to review the product. Unfortunately they chose to use Dpd as the courier, needless to say 4 weeks on ....”

“Unfortunately our order was sent out with 1 handle missing. We only realised this outside of the 14 day return window and Handles4U refused to fulfil our original order and send us the 1 item they left behind. Poor customer service. Only positive was quick delivery”

“Item was delivered to the wrong address. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, nobody bothered to reply. Had to order the item from another company and complain to my credit card company to try and get my money back. Would not recommend.”

“Never received. I am in a large hotel with 24/7 reception, and their delivery service has LIED -- twice -- saying "package refused". You will NEVER receive the goods you need to complete your project.”

“Delivered the item promptly as required. However this item cannot be fitted because the collar around the rose is not detachable. I phoned zoo and they told me to use an offset screwdriver. Utter nonsense. I went to Franchi’s in Islington and they said the same as zoo. SDS however we’re up to speed and sold me one at twice the price- but it can be fitted. Crap”

“Purchased a test handle, went back on day after delivery to purchase 30 and the website recognised my IP address and increased price by 50%. Luckily we took the product code and found the same handle with another supplier online for the same price as it had been with Handles4U so purchased them through there…. Silly as they then lost £500 worth of sales due to greed.”

“Order process - good. Communication - good. Delivery average, waited in all day, got a message to say they had tried to deliver but no one was home - really! - Poor - re-delivered next day - packaged well, but incorrect colour of items in parcel. - Poor.”
