“Have not yet received order (8 days and still waiting) was initially told dpd delivery which was changed to Royal Mail 48 tracked . No doubt if it had been dpd I would have received product by now .”

“Ordered 8 branded tubular latches and they sent me 7 cheapest unbranded avaiable in screwfix/toolsation and then try to convince me that they are original, well you cannot fool eveyone, now i paid full delivery price so if retun these items thats me losing over 70% of total spent. Never buying from you again 👎”

“Advised parcel would arrive 16th. As at 21st, still not received. Had a photo of my parcel on someone else's doorstep and I can't contact direct either Handles 4 U or Royal Mail. Annoyed and frustrated!”

“order arrived need to change the latches and lock the wrong size their returns policy is to return the good you have to take it back or pay for the postage return and wait 7-10 working days for the refund they do not exchange goods we will not use them again, better with ironmongery direct.”

“I had a problem with 6 bolts that were too long to insert cup drawer handles. I contacted the Company for a resolution. Totally unacceptable response. It was my fault! The Customer Service assistant (who I will not name for embarrassment reasons) was totally lacking in communication skills fitting with the role”

“on reaching payment, there was a box for promo code. (on discount for handles4u, 3 different codes appeared) applied codes - none worked. on phoning handles4u. TOLD THIS WAS A SCAM ON THIER SITE. and no discount for my order.”

“The wrong item was sent. An email was sent on day of delivery, no answer so far, several days later. They sent an email to either leave a review or contact them via a form on their website, I used the form but the "send message" button on the bottom of the form did not work despite trying multiple times, and/or waiting in case my WiFi was slow for some reason. If the problem could at least be acknowledged so I don't have the impression of talking to walls, that would be great.
