“Bought 1 set of handles no square bar & no fixings in box spoke to one of your team on Friday morning & still had no correspondence. This was for a sample on a job I’m doing in Manchester where I need 52 sets.”

“The wrong item was sent. An email was sent on day of delivery, no answer so far, several days later. They sent an email to either leave a review or contact them via a form on their website, I used the form but the "send message" button on the bottom of the form did not work despite trying multiple times, and/or waiting in case my WiFi was slow for some reason. If the problem could at least be acknowledged so I don't have the impression of talking to walls, that would be great. “was going to order cup handle but the delivery was more that the Handel at over £5.00 no way dose it cost over £5 to send1 handle was going to order qty 1 to see what they are like then i would have ordered more so your delivery as sent me else where to look”

“Purchased 19 Valetta satin nickel handles for our kitchen re ferb. we had to dismantle the kitchen to allow new pipework for the heating system which had been badly installed before we purchased the property in July. The work was being done while we were traveling and taking our holidays so we have only just started to put the kitchen back ready for the new worktops next week... ok the handles are individually wrapped in a clear wrapping and looked ok but when opening to fit every one of them has light scratches on them... Rubbish, awful and must have been done pre-packing so quality control is rubbish. we have purchase replacements as they are so bad... i could not recommend this company”

“Had email from you saying you couldn’t deliver as nobody in. I was outside my house all morning working, and no delivery came. I don’t mind when problems arise - I do mind being lied to.”

“Delivered a week late. Lied to me about refunding me as soon as they’d collected the late delivery. Wouldn’t refund their late delivery until they’d got the same courier to return the order to their warehouse. That was late collecting too.”

“Was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered door handles, and paid almost 200 pounds, but when the time for the installation came realized that they are the wrong colour (satin chrome instead satin nickel). All handles are in original packaging. The company refused to exchange because it was over 28 days since the order.”

“My experience of H4U is disappointing, I ordered handles and a ironing board/iron holder on the web, the next day I had a call to inform me the 2nd item was unavailable, not a problem as the handles were more important and I could wait for the other item, but I was told I would have to pay postage again so I refused, why let customers order things which are not available? and the postage most definitely should not be applied twice. The handles arrived, I ordered bronze, but were more black so I had to return. but again postage to return item was at my cost so over £10 lighter paid altogether, and nothing to show for it. disappointing experience all round especially on the p&p front and description of item. most company's offer free returns, will not be using again or recommending.”

“They have poor custumer service and delivery service . They working with Dpd local (other poor company ). Custumer service answered after one day . I send email Wednesday . They answered on Friday . I couldn’t get my item in 7 day . After that I did send refund request .”
