“My handles are damaged the gold finish is Danegeld and the silver underneath is visible. To return it I will have to pay £7 and have already paid to receive the goods. Very disappointed.”

“Items said to have been received and dispatched and then told `order cancelled, please contact supplier direct` in three e-mails on the same day. On contacting same was told that `order cancelled` did not actually mean that! Simply that it referred to order to deliver had been cancelled. It would be helpful if your couriers spoke the same language as everyone else! Having been told it had been dispatched I stayed in all day to receive same - I was less than pleased when it did not arrive. You have a fine selection of items but I will think twice before using you again.”

“Absolutely zero customer service. Tried emailing. No reply. No number on website. Found number on another website only to be told "no staff available" What you are saving on no customer service you are losing in sales. I took the purchase to Iron Mongery Direct and called and spoke to a real person and had my order placed in minutes. Not happy!!”

“Only received one cupboard knob when I ordered two. Blame / direction is towards Royal Mail and insinuation towards me as the customer. I find this not very customer focussed and over such a low value item, lacking common sense. I am waiting for someone to fit these (which we're actually using in our shower room) and have been waiting about 4 days woth no clear resolution.”
