“No direct number to talk with a live person. No one is replying to me on email regarding my query on compatible handle with smartsystems heritage door. I uploaded image and all on your website. My email address is amir@nldg.co.uk I had to return my last order as the handles were not compatible for Smartsystems Heritage door. I submitted exact details on your website. I need to order again, please get back to me at the earliest.”

“unfortunately handles weren't suitable so returned them following the returns process through dpd as recommended. They received my handles 2nd August and I'm still waiting for my refund 12 days later”

“DPD have NOT yet delivered my parcel. They have delivered it to some other address and I am NOT in possession of it. Please send me a replacement door handle asap Thanks”

“I purchased some handles as samples for my new kitchen but sadly it took a while to choose them as my kitchen didn’t arrive on time. It was a few months later when I purchased a large order of the handles I chose and sent back the ones I didn’t want, all beautifully packaged up and I paid the £7 postage. I fully understood that I wasn’t entitled to a full refund as a restocking charge would have to be deducted, but then to be told they couldn’t refund me and I would have to pay the postage to get the handles back. I feel a little disappointed as you don’t always know what handles will look like until you see them and I was very careful to make sure that they arrived back in the condition they were sent to me. So sadly that’s why I have not been able to recommend this company as their customer service is not so great.”

“Atrocious return service, handles weren't what we expected so returned them at £7 cost to us,they sent an email saying handles were damaged,( they weren't) and would not reimburse us but we could have them back for £6.45 cost to us!!!! If they were damaged why would we want them back!!! Stay clear appalling company”

“No refund for returned handles,made up photos saying they were damaged!! They weren't, offered to return to me for £6.25 after charging £7 for returning handles!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!”

“Absolutely useless , they advertise items that they do not keep in stock ! They are just a website selling items for other companies, they take your money for the items, then tell you 3 days later they have no stock , stay away from Handles4U”

“Ordered some handles for cupboard doors but they arrived but was wrong size sent contacted customer service and was told that we would have to return them at our expense which was £7 and re order right size which we did and then wait for the refund we sent them back the same day as delivery then the refund email came saying that a partial refund was sent i asked why only partial refund and was told that they didn’t refund carrier charges it doesn’t say that on the return policy not very happy about this company”

“Handles were delivered and looked NOTHING like the image shown on the website. On the website they were antique looking, a brushed brass - they came and they were silver… I assumed they sent the wrong ones so I contacted customer service and they said they are the correct handles and sent me a load of drivel about how their images aren’t guaranteed to look like the actual product. To return them I had to pay £7 postage, what. a. scam. Will re-order some elsewhere and won’t be using them again.”

“Don’t allow couriers to leave safely or offer redelivery . My parcel is now 7 miles away in a town centre post office not open outside work hours . No response from company when I explained the situation. Do items ordered and paid for but unless I can pay some else’s costs and car parking I won’t get them . Basically the cost to collect is higher than actual items . Did explained the company stipulate only deliver once and don’t leave in safe place . Totally hopeless”
