I have recieved another item than ordered. Now no one is answering my mails. Stay clear of this company

Very very very poor service, been trying to contact handles4u to return cabinet knobs, no reply to 4 emails, no answer to any calls, no returns label. Nothing. Waiting for a reply for more than 7 days and the website states customers need to let them know for returns. What’s the point?

Placed my order on 29th August - still nothing has arrived and it's 16th September. Shame but I will have to look elsewhere for my handles.

Ordered a week ago and I've had zero correspondence as to when my order will arrive. Sent email requesting update, but nearly 24 hours later and I have received nothing. Phone lines disabled because of the so called covid plague. Yawn. Will never use again.

Ordered well over a week ago, no dispatch information and only contactable via email, which they take 48h+ to respond to. Your staff don't need to be present in the office in order to answer a phone - it's 2020!

Not taking any phone calls, only way to contact is via email and not responding to emails! Used several times in the past without problem, but now will avoid and look elsewhere!

I haven't even received my order nearly a week after it should have arrived. 1 email to say 1 item is out of stock, so I asked to send the other items on the order, no reply. Another email days later to say another item is out of stock, so again I ask for the rest of the order to be dispatched, again no reply despite asking for one. 3rd email to ask for a review, and still no products delivered.

Emailed about the order as I had a simple query - no response!! contact via the form on the website and still no response. very poor in this day and age. - shop elsewhere unless you are confident about the product

Terrible service, poor communications. Keen to help small business like this, however they came up well short. After much chasing by e-mail (they are not taking telephone calls at present) good never arrived. Charging for delivery without track and trace means you have no idea when and if the good will turn up.

On your order web page you indicated a delivery of 3-5 day not weeks and still waiting. not a very good service

Needed one more of these handles to match my other door handles. Other suppliers were out of stock. Unfortunately the cost of this handle plus the postage was considerably more expensive from Handles4U.

We ordered approx 250 pounds worth of hardware for all our internal doors and external door. The letter tidy was missing. I've emailed 3 times over the last 10 days but still haven't received any response or the letter tidy. Not worth the hassle.

They sent the wrong order out and despite 3 e-mails they haven't responded. No phone number so not sure what to do really. Won't order again with them

Ordered 3 weeks ago and so far have had 1 item out of 4 with no-one able to tell me when the rest will arrive. Appreciate everything going on with covid but the owner really needs to sort this out if they want the business going forward. The fact they've shut their phone lines and don't respond to emails is extremely poor customer service! Where and what is the owner doing???
