“If I could give a 0 stars to this company I would. I placed a large order on the 4th April ... it is now the 2nd of June and I have received NO correspondence from this company regarding my order and after emailing multiple times I have received NO response. This is totally unacceptable as they have had my money for 8 weeks and I have not received my order nor have any indication when it is due to arrive - if it ever will! Do not order from this company, I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.”

“I waited weeks for my order to arrive and had to email to chase it up. When it did arrive, it had been incorrectly fulfilled. I sent two further emails and telephoned and left a message but, at the time of writing, had received no response. It is now over 6 weeks since I placed and paid for my order which was just for a window handle and a stay, and I am still waiting for a response from the company who incorrectly supplied me with two handles and no stay.”

“I placed an order on the 24th Feb 2020 and despite receiving an email stating that it was dispatched and I should receive it soon I have not yet received my order, it is now the 21st March 2020. I emailed the enquiries/customer service team with my order number asking for assistance and I received no reply.”

“I ordered door latches from the company. When they arrived the carpenter said they were too short. When we checked the website they measure the length of the latch rather than the length to the spindle hole which is the crucial measurement. When I phoned to exchange for longer latches, they said I was past the 14 days. The package was still unopened but they said I could send them back subject to a 20% stocking charge even though it's their misleading measurements on the website that caused me to order the wrong one. Very unhelpful on the phone when I called to see about an exchange.”

“Received an empty jiffy envelope which was burst and there was no handle I it!! Contacted them and all they said was they had confirmation that it had been delivered!! Yeah an empty envelope had need delivered! No way will I be ordering again. They need to use better packaging...wouldnt have even given one star!!!!”

“I ordered these "From the Anvil" advertised at half price at around £15.00. They sent me Zoo hardware with a From the Anvil sticker on the bag. The Zoo items are advertised st less than a fiver. Word thing is that I have had no reply to my complaint. Perhaps this will work?”

“Handles were good but 2 bathroom hand turn locks would not fit the spindles correctly. 2 phone calls & 2 emails to complain produced no positive reaction or result. Will no use again or recommend.”

“Poor customer service when I emailed to ask if the handles were seconds due to the poor quality. They emailed back and said they were new not second hand !! No apology or offer of a replacement”
