“Had an appointment to clear my left ear- Paul was friendly and professional- explained the process clearly and successfully unblocked my ear within minutes- he was also able to clean my right ear too. Great to see inside my ears with his ear cam Really happy with the service and result- thanks! Def recommend”

“I am a long term customer and have always received excellent service, apart from my last order. I requested 2 of right hand receiver wires and was sent a left and right instead. My guess is someone didn't read the order closely. Anyway, the mistake was quickly dealt with to my satisfaction.”
