“Booked my appointment easily online, only had to wait a few days for an available appointment. Advised to put olive oil in my ears for 3 days, am & pm. Plenty of parking outside the offices. Ring them on arrival, and wait to be called in. Helen waved us to come over to HAB and showed us in, where to hang your coat and directed into the room. Helen introduced herself, asked questions about my ear health etc and then explained what would happen. I had micro suction on the right ear first with an instant result! Then the left one was micro suctioned, most of the wax came out, but a small amount was stuck on my ear drum. Helen explained ear irrigation would dislodge the offending piece of wax. How right she was, the wax came away and I could hear again perfectly. I would recommend HAB, it was a very easy , pleasant experience and Helen was so lovely and reassuring. I will definitely return should I need their assistance again. Thank you .”

“Original appointment was a week away but was contacted to say there had been a cancellation and I was given an appointment the day after making contact. Diane was very professional and explained fully the procedure. Suction failed and water irrigation was then used and both ears were cleared of wax. Wax build up had caused hearing impairment and discomfort and this painless procedure provided immediate relief. Thank you.”

“Excellent service! Quick appointment, Nurse Helen put me straight at ease with good clear information about what she was doing. Checked both my ears and only one needed clearing of wax( honest! Could have said both and charged me more) Painless suction removal of my wax with immediate results. Lots of useful information given too. Checked my eardrums for perforation with a little gadget and also a preliminary hearing test . Absolutely five star! Highly recommend. Allow a little extra travel time the road up to the building is very congested with road woo and took me fifteen minutes extra with the queues.”
