Hi Janet, it's always possible there is a problem with the batteries, however we have not received any comments from any other purchasers. There isn't a lot to go wrong with batteries to be honest, more typical is a contact issue on the hearing aids, moisture, wax or skin flake ingress at either microphone or receiver level, actually more at receiver level (the part that sits inside the ear canal) where conditions are more hostile. If you have batteries from another batch please try them for comparison and let us know how you go. Happy to test the batteries at our end too, if they prove faulty we will replace. “I received customer service as it should be from the staff at HAB. OK, I had to pay for it but it wasn't expensive to have my ears syringed and feel good again. The last time I had this done on the NHS, I was given a 1.00pm appointment....the nurse was over half and hour late and then passed me on to a junior nurse who didn't seem to know what she was doing and did a poor job.”

“I was looking on-line for some very special ear drops, which most chemists only stock on prescription, which my doctor had previously prescribed. Imagine my delight when I came across Hab Hearing and found that not only did they have my sodium bicarbonate ear drops in stock, they could send me a bottle at a very reasonable price. The order was dealt with quickly and within a matter of days my drops were delivered to me.”
