“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size plastic domes for my hearing aids. I was therefore very pleased that I was able to exchange them free of charge and without any hassle. The person I dealt with was delightful and I was kept informed regarding the delivery of the new domes. Michael Lever”

“Excellent service. Quick delivery and no postage cost. I could have sent my NHS hearing aids away to be repaired (tubes replaced) but that would have been a lot of hassle and meant a delay - and hardly save me any money. I gave HAB the business rather than use NHS at public expense. Thanks HAB. I'm sure I'll be back at some point.”

“Over the last 2 weeks I've left, separately, my hearing aids for service. In both cases I got them back from the manufacturers within 3 days of leaving them with you. “I am a returning customer and very happy with the service received from HAB. I have purchased domes and tubes for my signia hearing aids on a couple of occasions and also had some free advice when needed. The prices are fair and competitive with a good range of sizes etc, I can pay by PayPal which makes things easy and safe for both myself and HAB. Service is swift and usually with me within a few days. I cannot comment on returns as I haven't had a cause to do so. I recommend this excellent service.”
