“By mistake I ordered the wrong size wax guards on-line. I phoned HAB to explain my error, and without a quible they offered to exchange them upon return of the incorrect ones. They did not even charge me for the extra postage. I will use them permanently.”

Hi Bryan occasional packing errors occur. For the price of a pack of batteries we certainly aren't going to stress over that. Instead of marking us down in an online feedback can I suggest you reach out to us as per instructions on your paperwork and let us know if there is an issue with your order? We are actually nice people, we don't bite and we are happy to hel and to resolve issues. Please message us directly for a resolution. We can either send a pack or partially refund (that's probably easier). Before that though please check the envelope, we (more often than you might imagine) ask people to do that and they find a missing item. Regards, your kind and friendly HAB Team :-)

“From the moment I spoke with Paul he put me at ease buying over the internet from his company the service was second to none, I can not thank him enough. the Signia TV Sound was literly out of the box plug in connect via the Signia app and worked first time I now have no more sound issues when watching my TV whilst others can have it as low or high as they like.”

“Very easy to make an appointment. Very friendly and helpful nurse, who explained every procedure thoroughly beforehand and showed me the relevant graphs afterwards, and the microsuction for removal of earwax was by far the nicest way I have had this procedure done in 60 years.”

“Excellent service as ever from HAB. This on line purchase of spares for my hearing aids was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. My experience of HAB started some years ago with using them as a reliable source of spares for my then existing hearing aids. I moved on to using their wax removal service before purchasing new hearing aids from them. I live some distance from their base but I have always received first rate support.”
