“I ordered the Oticon Pin Tool one day, and it was posted the next day. I received the package on the following day. It was the wrong item, but the service was amazing. I actually received the Phonak one, which looked nothing like the Oticon one and would have been very difficult to use in comparison. I emailed them and they immediately admitted the mistake and sent the correct one. For anyone who is interested the Phonak one is 0.65mm dia. and the Oticon (with the plastic easy-to-grip handle) is 0.49mm dia. Overall, the service was really excellent.”

“I was in urgent need of the tubes for both my hearing Aids provided by NHS Audiology. After phoning audiology for spares I was told I had to make an appointment which I did and would be 3 months away in late October. I searched the internet for spares and found only HAB Hearing had my type at a very competitive price. They were exactly the right type and arrived within 2 days. Great service from HAB. I know where to get my spares in future.”
