“I ordered the Toledo Chiminea a while ago but heard nothing from Original Organics after the initial invoice, rang today to get a delivery update and apparently the item isnt in stock even though the website still says they are, they issued a full refund but they shouldnt be taking peoples money if they dont have the item. Not impressed!”

“The wormery arrived and looks good quality. We followed the instructions to the letter and when we put the worms in we felt there were very many in the bag we weren’t expecting loads. Within a couple of days all the worms had gone. So messaged them with the problem and they still haven’t replied. Would use them again. I believe customer service should be quick not weeks.”

“Disappointing Delivery Experience – Still Waiting for Correct Product I ordered the Aerobin 600L composter and, after waiting well over seven weeks, I received what was clearly the Aerobin 400 model, as shown on the packaging and assembly instructions (See aerobin 400 photo; next to previously owned 200 model) A second parcel arrived the next day with an additional base, which appeared to be an attempt to “upgrade” the 400 into a 600L. Unfortunately, that’s not how the product is designed. The parts don’t fit together correctly, and the structure can’t be assembled properly. Nowhere in the product description was it stated that the 600L would be made up this way. After such a long delay, it was disappointing to receive the wrong items and now have to chase a resolution myself. I've contacted the supplier and hope this can be resolved quickly, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here without clarification.”

“The compost bin came together very well, following good instructions. It looks good. But as yet we have not started using it, tomorrow maybe. My only complaint, a loud one, is about the lack of communication. When I ordered it it was stated to be "in stock", but delay after delay was excused by a lack of delivery to the supplier, blaming container shipment on one occassion. It arrived three days ago when I was away. I ordered it on 15th March, today is 15the April. So "in stock" was untrue.”

“I wanted to order a cast iron garden bench featuring horses for a friend who had recently lost their own horse as it was their birthday. I called to ask if the delivery date could be improved from the 7-10 working days quoted and spoke to the amazing Stephen. I explained the circumstances to Stephen who, against all odds, managed to get the bench rushed to me in time for my friend's birthday in 3 days! My friend was overwhelmed and absolutely delighted after a tough few weeks. I really cannot thank Stephen enough for his efforts in getting the bench to me, it really turned my friend's birthday around. It was the most outstanding example of customer service that I have ever received and I really hope his managers see this review as he truly went above and beyond-my original phone call was 20 mins before closing time and he still managed to pull it out of the bag!!! The bench itself was beautiful and amazing quality, arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged and was super easy to assemble. I cannot thank Stephen enough and would not hesitate to recommend Original Organics to anybody”

“COPY OF EMAIL SENT TO YOU: Dear Original Organics Ireland re Order #4000002089, I note that the product you sent me comes from the UK (SG4OPT), hence I was charged an extra 9.58 euro for customs.The word 'Ireland' in your bill head and web tag, 'Original Organics Ireland', is misleading and presents the appearance of being an Irish company or at least that distribution come from within Ireland; should be made clearer that the products are posted from the UK and are liable to held by customs until the duty is paid. Perhaps, I missed something but I purchased the product thinking it was being sent from within Ireland. Hopefully, you'll do something to rectify this for other customers. Regards, Edward Denniston”

“The ordering process was straightforward but as a problem with the delivery because the delivery driver put the parcel in one of my sheds and left no note that he had done so it wasn't until February 14 that we found the parcel there I don't know if that's done any harm to the worms I've just put them all into the wormery and we'll see if they managed to grow all right there should be”
