I used the martins money tips offer for gruum products pre Xmas and thought they were excellent particularly the shaving oil . I'd definitely give a 5 star rating for the products . I've only given 3 though because since ordering I feel I'm bombarded with emails . I don't mind the emails and fully understand marketing needs but 75% are completely unrelated to me from a gender and age perspective. Don't mind receiving mail but sense gruum need to find a way to filter more successfully.

I did not like teh shaver. Too plastic, too light. I dropped it by accident and the blade snapped off. Its gone to the bin. The shave products were okay though.

The products are ok - but nothing special and therefore not particularly good value. Took a long time to dispatch.

Hi Definitely your products are good but customer service is not good. Very difficult to get in touch.you need to improve it. I have ordered several times and last time i have ordered cream but still didn’t received it yet. Make your customer service easy for customers.

Hello Grüüm, As a Vodafone customer I purchased a free festive pack recently and while on the site I liked the look of the seasonal fragrance pack. I'm always on the look out for new roll on or solid perfumes, Karma from Lush is my preferred fragrance currently. Because of Christmas my order took longer than expected to arrive but you did state this on my invoice and it did arrive before christmas luckily. I'm not sure if products you were offering as gift ideas in your promotional emails a week before Christmas would have arrived in time unfortunately. My first thoughts on receiving your festive pack were how small the package was. If this is a sample pack then the £30+ price tag RRP seemed slightly high. I originally redeemed the pack to split as gifts for family and keep the massage bar for myself so was slightly disappointed. The massage bar smells lovely and melts well. I can't comment on the other items in the festive pack as they were gifts. The fragrances are ok, the scents are pleasant but in comparison to others I have tried they are very subtle and do not last very long which again is disappointing. I'm glad I've sampled some of what you have to offer but I'm not sure I would again. Bestest of wishes

I received a very value deal via money saving expert and I was pleased with the shaving package. Overall good quality products. The 2 negatives were the razor blade, poor glide rough feeling, Inorefer a double blade it felt scratchy not for me. The shaving gel was okay but it did not lather as well as I had hoped. Can't rate the product's use as it was a Christmas gift for someone. The scents were amazing, very enticing. However, it lost one star for size, quite small. The other star was for delivery time, taking ages to reach me and arriving just before new year.

I used to buy Gruum when it first started.I loved the hair soap bars.They were pioneering.Ibrecommeded them to many friends and family.Then you changed your conditioner recipe.I tried to order it and it had changed smell and texture.I contacted you and no one had an explanation.Everything had been rplaced with coconut oil all the conditioners that had been available were no longer available.You lost me as a customer.

Products good. Customer service not good. Bought through a promotion which put me back of queue for delivery. When I chased order through chat after 10 days got message that a real person would be in touch soon That didn’t happen. Finally received goods 2 weeks after payment was taken. If they want to win new customers with promotions they really need to do better It put me off using them again

I haven't started using the products yet but the sizes of the soaps could be larger before receiving them I was expecting them to be the same size as Dove/Fairy/Palmolive etc. These are sample sizes at expensive prices I never knew what 50g looked like before I received these. They won't last a week!

Was disappointed in delivery. Ordered 28th November but did not receive until January. Tried contacting yourselves on several occasions with little response. Delivered by royal mail which did not appear to be the case initially as I never received any notice re delivery up until delivered in January.

Some products really are 5 stars but I had major problems with the exfoliating hand bar as is scratched my wedding ring to bits!!! Suggest a warning to remove jewellery before use would be a good thing?

i like the philosophy of the company, but the product leaves a lot to be desired. Bought 4-off shower bars for gifts, one for myself. It has no smell (basic soapy smell) and leaves the skin with a dry tacky feeling after use. For £8/bar i really expected something great.

Your blades are good and efficient, as is the shaving gel, and good value for money, however I do have a cupboard full of them, an automatic delivery just increases my stocks even though I do delay them, at 73 not shaving as often so stock builds up, even though I do give it away. So more thought for the olds please.

Little disappointed that one item was missing from my order with no explanation. I sent an email which took a few days for a reply, I was offered a refund as it seemed the item purchased wasn’t available. They could have emailed me at this point but didn’t. Again I had to wait a few more days until I received a response, I had to chase for a reply, I eventually got a refund. So not a great transaction, rather slow in regards to my issue and not that quick arranging a refund. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back for a repeat order.
