I got a variety of products, mostly for face wash/moisturising, as an promotional offer from Vodafone, paying p&p only. The products are all in identical plain grey packaging, and mostly the same size, which means that getting up bleary eyed at 2am (which i occasionally have to do for work) isn't the best for identifying the product I want at a quick glance. Having looked at the prices of the products in comparison with other brands, I wouldn't buy gruum at rrp as I don't notice any extra benefit for the extra cost. Sorry gruum, but I thought you were just average.

It was fine Annoying that you ask for a 5 star rating in your email Then you ask would I recommend “Yes or No” and then ask an NPS question?

Products were lovely but not what I ordered the relaxation pulse point and spray were the products I really wanted to try as have difficulty sleeping!

Love the products and but find the website frustrating to navigate. I added multiple items to my cart and went back to the homepage, then onto my cart which was then empty? This has happened multiple times and is really frustrating. Also found the £5 sales quite annoying - not all products are £5 and you have to have 3 items for it to work at £15. Just a marketing ploy I know and an ‘easy’ upsell perhaps but it’s very off putting.

Overall, Gruum products are expensive for what they are. I certainly would never consider paying full price for them, but I do make use of special offers for discounted sets. I recently had a instance where I ordered a sleep set, but two products were unavailable and substitutes were sent instead that had no relation at all to promoting good sleep, so the set overall was a bit of a waste. This experience has made me think twice about using Gruum, as I think this should have been communicated in advance, regardless of whether the set was a special offer.

The shower gel bars don't produce any lather, very disappointing. The shampoo bar is very good and great for travel. The conditioner bar is good for holidays.

Hi Anna, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize that you were disappointed with the lather of the Tvatta Shower Gel Bars. The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. When it comes to customer service, delivery including packaging - I give them five stars. I got the facial serum and hair density serum but it’s too early to tell if they really work, hence the three stars.

Most of the products are great, I use a variety of them each day, but the website could be much better. 1, On a product page, There is a section called "Complete your skin care routine 👇". These links need to be clickable. 2, Reviews: All products purchased should be listed showing what needs to be reviewed, email prompts are often deleted. also so you can see which product you have already reviewed. 3, Wishlist: It speaks for itself, this is the only online shop I know of which doesn't have a wishlist, crazy. (I recommended this to Jay in August 2024). 4, Save Basket: Basket disappears after a few hours, if signed in, the basket should save. 5, Order History: Products purchased need to be clickable, making it easier to repurchase.

Products were ok. Got these free with a promotion from another site. I think I’d have been disappointed had I paid full price which was stated as over £30. Very expensive for 4 miniature products

Our range of zero plastic products has blossomed beautifully and we couldn’t be more proud. You can now look after almost every part of your body, completely without plastic packaging, through us. Every piece of packaging we include is recyclable. We even have a razor recycling scheme – the first in the UK – which is free to use, so you can send your cartridges to us when you’re done. Tbh I was a little underwhelmed. Ordering from my 'senior citizen railcard ' offer I thought you'd missed an opportunity to make an impact to promote yourselves. It's all about the packaging. We buy with our eyes in the first instance, then the product.Send it in a decorative box with beautiful product packaging. If you're using this railcard as a marketing tool you have the right idea but the wrong finish . Consequently I have unsubscribed . Shame x

Products missing from recent order. Had to email several times to sort out. Was told I should reorder and pay further postage. Resolved eventually after a bit of a fight. You blamed problem on ordering system. Was sent a goodwill item as compensation.
