The shower gel bars don't produce any lather, very disappointing. The shampoo bar is very good and great for travel. The conditioner bar is good for holidays.

Hi Anna, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize that you were disappointed with the lather of the Tvatta Shower Gel Bars. The Tvatta Shower gel bars, do not foam like regular shower gel as they are soap-free. The surfactant in the product is derived from coconut and cleans just as well however the bars do not create large bubbles but are more of a creamy layer that cleans and moisturises the skin at the same time. When it comes to customer service, delivery including packaging - I give them five stars. I got the facial serum and hair density serum but it’s too early to tell if they really work, hence the three stars.

Most of the products are great, I use a variety of them each day, but the website could be much better. 1, On a product page, There is a section called "Complete your skin care routine 👇". These links need to be clickable. 2, Reviews: All products purchased should be listed showing what needs to be reviewed, email prompts are often deleted. also so you can see which product you have already reviewed. 3, Wishlist: It speaks for itself, this is the only online shop I know of which doesn't have a wishlist, crazy. (I recommended this to Jay in August 2024). 4, Save Basket: Basket disappears after a few hours, if signed in, the basket should save. 5, Order History: Products purchased need to be clickable, making it easier to repurchase.

Products were ok. Got these free with a promotion from another site. I think I’d have been disappointed had I paid full price which was stated as over £30. Very expensive for 4 miniature products

Our range of zero plastic products has blossomed beautifully and we couldn’t be more proud. You can now look after almost every part of your body, completely without plastic packaging, through us. Every piece of packaging we include is recyclable. We even have a razor recycling scheme – the first in the UK – which is free to use, so you can send your cartridges to us when you’re done. Tbh I was a little underwhelmed. Ordering from my 'senior citizen railcard ' offer I thought you'd missed an opportunity to make an impact to promote yourselves. It's all about the packaging. We buy with our eyes in the first instance, then the product.Send it in a decorative box with beautiful product packaging. If you're using this railcard as a marketing tool you have the right idea but the wrong finish . Consequently I have unsubscribed . Shame x

Products missing from recent order. Had to email several times to sort out. Was told I should reorder and pay further postage. Resolved eventually after a bit of a fight. You blamed problem on ordering system. Was sent a goodwill item as compensation.

Using the website was absolutely fine, no faults whatsoever. The products are nice, but I did find them slightly underwhelming.. The only one I had an issue with was the charcoal mask, it came as a very thin small bar. I found it impossible to use, it kept crumbling and long story short..making a mess! I've attempted to use it twice following the instructions on how to use, but still with the same outcome. I feel like mask is great and it's one my face didn't react to which it is prone to do. I would have used it more If it was easier to actually get on my face.

I sent for a few items to try as I had not heard of Grumum before. Unfortunately I can't get the 'Relaxing Sleep Mist' spray to work. What ever I try, the spray does not work. This is very frustrating.

The sleep spray and oil is good. The face mask was so greasy and difficult to remove. I have dry skin and moisturise my face frequently.

Although the products l bought are creamy they are very expensive and I can't see any improvement on my skin. I won't be buying again

Recieved a complimentary parcel with an order on Looks Fantastic. Items are made with environmental awareness however some of the products such as the charcoal face mask simply don't deliver, it was impossible to get it to turn into a paste and then it just crumbled. Some of the fragrance products also didn't smell too attractive, perhaps some tweaking of the formulas would help as the ideas and intentions for this range are good.

The positives - great that the products are made in the UK. But the Facial clay mask is hard to apply - a solid stick is not easily absorbed either. The Melting Sleep butter - it does not melt. Large deposits were left after a fairly hot bath. would not buy either of these products again.
