“Got a great offer with my Senior Rail card on the Winter sleep set and then I tried the Sandlewood Difusier. The bottle is small but it has a lovely strong scent. I then tried two products in the £5 sale. The foot cream is a lovely peppermint and a small handcream both smell and feel great.”

“I quite like the concept of Gruum. The soap bars are fantastic and I purchased the mini roll-on smelly stuff which is great. Your prices are, however, quite steep in my humble opinion.”

“I like the look of all of your products and the ones I've tried have been fab. I think if you were to branch out into different perfume scents, these would sell well. Both the rollerball and sprays. And moisturisers and eye creams too.”

“Please stop using Evri for your deliveries. They keep saying they couldn't deliver the parcel despite our being at home, and keep asking for more money each time1 They are just a firm of bare-faced scammers, so far as I can tell. I've already written off my order as a bad experience, but will not throw good money after bad.”

Our parcels are delivered with Royal Mail and although we do our best to despatch orders on time sometimes there are delays with couriers and parcels do get lost in transit. “I love the shampoo bars. Really excellent and portable. They make a nice lather, leave hair soft and clean and there’s so little packaging, so there is no waste at all. All good!”

“I absolutely love these products! I've ordered quite a few things now, and they never disappoint. The shampoo bars produce such a rich lather, it's amazing! I traveled around Thailand for a month and still had plenty left when I got home. My partner has even swapped his usual anti-dandruff shampoo for the anti-dandruff bar, and he loves it. Highly recommend these products for their quality, longevity, and effectiveness!”

“Tbh I was a little underwhelmed. Ordering from my 'senior citizen railcard ' offer I thought you'd missed an opportunity to make an impact to promote yourselves. It's all about the packaging. We buy with our eyes in the first instance, then the product.Send it in a decorative box with beautiful product packaging. If you're using this railcard as a marketing tool you have the right idea but the wrong finish . Consequently I have unsubscribed . Shame x”

“I bought the offer of sleep set. The roll on sleep inhanser is brilliant, though the pillow mist leaks everywhere, but smells lovely. The face mask in a bar is weird, it says rub between hands to make a lather but it just turns my hands purple. Everything is good value.”
