“I want to thank you for your wonderful cream soap product. I really liked both the product and the quality of your service. In my recent order, I accidentally entered an address that belonged to someone I do not know, and the product was delivered there. It was entirely my mistake, and I sent you an email once I realized it. Despite this, you kindly re-sent the item, and I truly appreciate it. Your customer service is excellent. “Amazing products, only products that haven’t lead me to break out. The fact they are vegan makes it 100% better. Will definitely be buying again. Thank you for creating such amazing products! You can tell they are made with love, care and thought :)”

“Really love their sun cream, it’s the only one I’ll use for my face! It’s nice and moisturising, quite thick (which i like), but doesn’t leave a white cast once rubbed in. Only thing letting it down is the packaging. It looks really cute, and is convenient to store, but because the sun cream is quite thick, a lot of it ends up stuck in the bottle even if you store it upside down. Otherwise though, a really great product, and their soaps are brilliant too!”

“There is a wide variety of products that have no sodium lauryl suphate - huge plus! I've used Gruum for two years and love thier products. Would be great if the remaining plastic packaging could be changed to glass and a recyle incentive put in place. I recommend their products.”

“I love the products I ordered well packaged and feel and smell amazing. My only suggestion is the moisture bar box needs to be tougher as the product soaked into it. The bar itself is AMAZING and so easy to use. The face wash has an amazing smell and my skin feels and looks so gud.”

“Amazing products!! Initially I was worried that it would smell like chemicals but once I received my products I was left amazed. Not only do they have a subtle scent, they are so lightweight on the skin and gentle. I would definitely recommend to those who are looking to try out a new skincare brand and product!!”
