“Delivery was fast and no fuss and so far I have enjoyed everything I bought from Gruum. My favourite by far though is the pulse point roller Deep relaxation. Please can you sell refills for this product, as I will run out of this oil too often. I would love a more sustainable option to refill the glass bottle by being able to buy several refills worth at a time. The smell of the deep relaxation oil is so, so good I don't want to run out of it.”

“I love the majority of the products I’ve purchased. From cooling bars, to lip conditioners, sleeping mist, facial wash bars. I have pretty much everything! However the only things I don’t think work are the hair shampoo and conditioning bars. They don’t seem to lather enough to produce bubbles or enough conditioner to layer onto my hair.”

“Great service. I’m really pleased with my purchase! I had a few issues with my order and after having reached out to the customer service team they were super quick and efficient with finding a solution for me which I’m really grateful for! Have only used one product so far but so far so good! The exfoliating wash feels great on my sensitive skin.”

“The customer service and communication has been fantastic. I have the face wash and reviving gel and they smell wonderful, they leave my skin feeling soft and brighter.
