“I really really love the pulse point roller deep relaxation!. It smells so gorgeous and the ingredients so high quality that as a person who doesn't used perfume only essential oil rollers, I decided to use it as a perfume during the day and it helps to deeply inhale to aid relaxation when I need it for anxiety/ overwhelm and sensory overload. It's now my go to. I smell amazing! A little goes a long way. Such high quality that will last for ages. Bonus! I'll definitely be getting this again along with the spray you spritz on to your pillow. As an autistic person, with some complex trauma, I am highly stressed unfortunately daily and I get really bad nightmares. Anything I find that helps me I need to share it with others incase they might benefit from it too. I am thrilled with my products. Thank you Gruum. Your part of my sleep routine now.”

If you are referring to our packing peanuts then please know that all our packing materials we use are recyclable, the packing peanuts are made from corn starch, and they are biodegradable so can be recycled along with your compostable waste. “I've tried a number of Gruum products - I love most of them, especially the facial wash and lavender pillow spray. Unfortunately the shampoo bars weren't for me. Ordering is easy and delivery is speedy. Simple ingredients and packaging are very appealing.”
