“You know, maybe I just didn't get it, but the black charcoal mask is very strange. It's very greasy and overall not a very pleasant consistency, I had to break it first, then heat it in water, and overall the process is dirty. There was this black wax under my nails, but overall the products are great, very pleasant smells, but the mask seems unsuccessful to me.”

“The products are really good so far, packaging is great and delivery times short. The only product I didn’t like after I gave it many tries was the SPF50 that keeps leaving a lot of residue on the skin and generally did not seem as good as others.”

“I don't order often, but when I do I'm always very happy with the products. I buy the shampoo bars for my son, and hand cream and nightmist for me. Never been disappointed. We all love the bamboo toothbrushes too.”

“Got a lovely free trial set of gruum products, haven't had a chance to use them all yet but their sleep spray smells lovely. Looking forward to using the other products. Love that they are all natural!”

“Ordered product for a friend who really cares about the environment etc. The ordering process was easy and delivery quite quick. I just decorated the box it came in to give it a more birthday feel. Think she was pleased with it.”
