“I really enjoy using Gruum and fortunately when they sent me the wrong order, they corrected it within 7 days and sent me the correct item, allowing me to keep the first. My only constructive criticism is could you colour code the pulse rollers with the lip conditioners? They're in identical bottle with small writing and a couple of times I have put the pulse roller on my lips! It's spicy! 😂 Of course I can scan the label and I'm more vigilant but if the label could be any other colour or differ it would make things easier.”

“I love Gruum ❤️ I really like the clean simplicity of their products and the handy sizes for travel How I judge any ordering system is if a month later I am still thinking...oh but their system is a nightmare to use but I am glad to say GRUUM was relatively easy to use and it doesn't factor into my decision about ordering again 👍 In the interest of full disclosure and for the very first time I might add - my sleep mist spray bottle doesn't work but I will just transfer contents to a travel spray bottle so all is well”

“Loved melting sleep butter melts quickly when using in shower but does leave your skin nice and soft. The smell is not overpowering . Sleep mist has a nice relaxing delicate smell which helped me drift off to sleep. The pulse point roller goes on well and lasts all day. Lip conditioner leaves lips soft and supple without feeling greasy. Great value would buy again⭐👍👍👍👍”

“I ordered the sleep mist, bath moisturise bar and pulse point roller. I use the roller everyday and the sleep mist every night. I DO seem to be more calm and I have slept better than I usually do.”

“I received some random bits and samples I really enjoyed the sleep range. My favourite is the essential oil roll on, it’s so convenient to use at night instead of others which can get messy. I also love the sleep spray it smells so good and helps you drift off to sleep.”

“Offer products. The roll on fragrance easy to apply and lovely smells. Hand and soaps, because of the design of some and ingredients were not as pristine as would have liked. Eg star shape had parts that had been damaged during transit however as soap would have lost sape eventually. Again nice smells and creamy texture.”

“My children bought me the Gruum Advent calendar which was a wonderful treat. I particularly liked the facial serum and the pumpkin seed oil, and have bought replacements for these. I was a bit shocked to find that the pumpkin seed oil arrived in the same (very small) size as the one that was in my calendar - 30ml I think. This lasts me about a week, ten days at most, so at £18 I won't be buying another one! I expected the facial serum to be a 30ml size as obviously you use less than one pipette full on your face. I appreciate all the good things about Gruum, but it's a shame that some products are well out of my price range.”

“I like the feeling of the hydrating serum and the roll on eye serum, both feel smooth and refreshing and give my skin some moisture. In terms of reslts i haven't seen a big difference yet and haven't tried other products which i would like to try as the concept of the sustainablity and clean ingredients at an affordable price which is hard to come across! I do have problematic skin which requires tretanoin however i hope to come off that and try a natural approach.”

“Received a 4 seasons roll on pack on offer. The scents are really lovely (not all to my taste but we're all different) and linger all day, so that you get a delightful little whiff every now and again. I know what to order for next time and will try new products as well. Thank you.”

“Wanted to try a different razor after being with other 'subscription' services for the last 10 years... Chose Gruum as they are local to me and a start up. I messed up initially by choosing the razor I liked and the blades I preferred the look of rather than the pair the correct handle for the razors... that got solved quickly My only concern is that where as other blades have lasted a few weeks, the ones from Gruum have lasted me 2 shaves before pulling and feeling blunt. They are a little cheaper than others...”

“The activated charcoal mask is pretty good. I'm not sure if I was supposed to mix it with something other than water to make it easier to remove. Alas, removing this mask was extremely difficult. I think it helped my skin and it felt nice while it was on my face, just VERY hard to take off afterwards!”

“I love Gruum products! They are beautiful quality and a decent price, especially at sale time. The pillow spray is a particular favourite of mine and my son-in-law is always very happy with Gruum beard products on his birthday. My only niggle is that sometimes it seems a bit difficult to order on the website and l end up having to go back to the start, but l am more than happy with the quality and range of the products and the good service.”
