“Delighted with the products and how they were packaged. Not yet used any but im confident they will meet all my expectations. If I had to request one improvement it's from order to delivery there was insufficient updates or ability to track when my order would be delivered and by which carrier, right until the moment it was about to be delivered.”

“Advent calendar box arrived after advent! I ordered 2 and they came separately. When recipients eventually got them they were very pleased and enjoyed the products. Maybe I missed the option to send to different addresses (not the billing address) as that would’ve been better. Anyway many thanks”

“I very much like all the Gruum products I have used & find them good quality. I have sometimes had problems with ordering on the website. Last time I got to the end & it wouldn't take my payment. Tried again another day & it went through. I phoned once & they helped me with my order. Good to know there is someone at the end of a phone to occasionally talk to.”

“Hi - I got the advnt calendar which has been very good Value so far, just maybe needed a bit of festive magic to take on the big boys like M and S advent calendar? Maybe a partnership with an Indy make up firm??? That would give more variety? Maybe some eco sparkle on the packaging???”

“Very pleased with the products that I buy but a bit mystified as to why, as a company that promotes a green approach to everything you do, there is one item that stands out as a glaring contradiction of that, namely the use of polystyrene "beans" as a filling in your packaging. Could not the polystyrene be replaced with crumpled paper?”

“Had a moment of panic after ordering the advent calendar and then reading about advent calendar scams. Emailed Gruum and you confirmed my order. Calendar arrived in good time for 1st December. I'm happy with all products so far. Good sizes too. The prickly pear oil is great to use overnight. It doesn't leave the skin greasy and makes it feel soft. The bath melt smells divine.”

“Like the products & their pricing but not so happy with the packaging - would much prefer a tin to a bottle for some of the creams UBS’s . I tend to decant them & they do keep well in a tin.”

“Great products. Would like to buy larger size eg hand cream to save money but large size doesn’t seem to ever be in stock. Love the branding and packaging but packaging for one product (I think hair shampoo in a box I can’t recall) was written in yellow font on a pale background. I could hardly read it. So someone with a visual impairment would have found it almost impossible.”

“The products I bought (gentle face wash and 4 roll on fragrances) are pretty much okay but one of the fragrances was open and was leaking all over the box.”

“Everything is amazing the products I love and use every day and have really healed my skin the only thing that was an issue was delivery I did not receive anything to say when my package would be here and when I tried to go to customer support on the website it wouldn’t tell me either but it ended up coming within and week and I love the products”

“I like the set that I ordered, the scent is lovely & the sleep mist helps :) but I think I expected to receive a diffuser container inside not just the liquid & reeds (if I’m to put the reeds in that small bottle it looks s bit sad) but luckily I’ve got spare container to use.”
