“Products seem to be eco friendly.....appreciated by younger family members too. I have received products on special offer with a rail card for which I'm grateful. On a pension I would probably find the prices too high.”

“Lovely Xmas gift set, it’s just a shame it didn’t come in a little gift set box rather than loose in a postage box, but not the end of the world. Items were lovely, smell nice too.”

“Really loved these products. Great textures and scents. The all over oil was 100% my favourite, it made my hair glossy and moisturised. I actually wish the scents were slightly stronger, they’re just so lovely and I’m not a subtle girl.”

“I discovered Grüum through Vodafone’s Friday promotions. To be honest, I was hesitant to try the products at first. For the past 6-7 years, I’ve been using mostly homemade mixtures as moisturizers, especially for my face. I try to avoid using too many chemicals whenever possible. However, after reading about their brand’s story, I was deeply impressed and decided to give their products a try. I’m so glad I did because I absolutely loved them! I was so pleased with the quality that I started purchasing them for myself. What stood out to me beyond the quality of the products was the fact that the promotional items they sent were full-sized. I only realized this after I began buying them on my own, and it left such a positive impression on me. This Christmas, I bought their products as gifts for my sister, my cousin, and a friend. I also shared my positive thoughts about your brand and your story with them. Thank you Grüum Team for creating such wonderful products and for the care you clearly put into your business.”

“Love the shampoo and face bars but am yet to find a conditioner bar that I like, I struggle to rub the bar on my hair and as there's not a lather like with the shampoo bars I find it difficult to use. It would be good to have an applicator to help apply it to your hair, similar to roll-on deodorant applicator.”

“No probs with ordering and delivery. The product, shaving kit, however could imho be improved : Shaving oil left skin needing de-greasing . Post shave round block balm also left skin greasy. Shaving soap bar feel would benefit from a container such as a tin . Kind Regards David”

“A wide range of products, easy to order and no problem with orders arriving speedily. In terms of the products most of them were brilliant but I felt a few of them needed tweaking design wise eg the facal oil block smells wonderful but it was too hard and grittty to rub on my face, conversely the body aftersun block was very soft and fell apart. I keep reordering and trying new products though because the ones i really like, I am thouroughly converted to.”

“I have ordered a couple times recently from this company and the products are good. I am definitely in favour of having products that are not all just chemiclas and nasties. This company produces a large range of products which are made using essential oils and good things. I have been a believer in essential oils since the 1980's when I was introduced to them and always use them in my bath. They are so much better for you than the chemicals that are poured into mass productions. They also help with vaious ailments if you read up about them.”

“Loved the hand cream and brightening face wash bar. The bars are handy for travel. Only problem I have found is with lip conditioners which leave my lips dry”

“I like gruum products, buy them for myself and as gifts for friends and family. I have only one complaint, in order to get five stars, you need to make it easy to get the last bits of cream out of the sqare(ish) containers. I'm a sad individual who cuts the top off tubes of cream to get every last bit of the contents out!”

“Shower gel/soaps were purchased on a special offer, while the soaps do smell nice, there was not much of a lather to them. I received an email from them asking for a review, I visited the website wondering how much they would be while not on offer... for a small bar of soap that, although might be kind to the skin costs probably 4 times as much as a well known kind to skin soap that produces much more lather, I'm convinced this soap is not in my class.”

“The fragrance set is good, I bought it in November only thing is when I ordered it I did not know my brother had just ordered me one for christmas!! So now I have a 2 year fragrance set instead of 1 year which is really too much for me!! He got in touch to send it back which we thought was the best thing to do but we haven’t heard back from support yet. We’re hoping they will. Still, the quality is good!”
