“I've attempted to contact you twice now and was assured that someone would get back to me. I didn't receive this lip conditioner so cannot tell you what I thought. Very poor customer relations when you don't respond to emails. I won't be buying any more from you as I don't like the way you do business.”

“Oh my goodness. I have just received my Vegan collection of Gruum goodies. I tried the bar hand moisturiser as had doubts- wow! I love these products. If you haven't ordered any yet, run!”

“I did not like teh shaver. Too plastic, too light. I dropped it by accident and the blade snapped off. Its gone to the bin. The shave products were okay though.”

“Unfortunately i found that the soaps do not lather properly in the shower, using them as directed. They do smell lovely and are a good size, but because you have to use so much of them they run out really quickly. I really wanted to love them as i support the ethos of the company wholeheartedly! The packaging is also great, love the avoidance of plastic. The main thing that's stopped me from being able to rate them any higher though, and this may just be a 'me' problem, is they gave both me and my partner severe irritation and discomfort in 'sensitive areas'. Will be finishing them off as hand soaps.”

“Wasn't sure what the products would be like as I had never heard of them before. I was pleasantly surprised, the facial scrub is excellent and the reed diffuser is very effective, I didn't think it would be as it was a very small bottle, but lovely fragrance when you walk into the room. Will definitely purchase again.”

“I live in NI, so as I was planning to visit my family in Corby, I requested delivery to my daughter's house in case there was any delay. This order was to have been a Christmas present for my grandson, but he never got it. I arrived in Corby on 23rd December, and things were pretty chaotic, so I assumed the parcel was on its' way. I didn't like to be checking on-line as I was visiting, so it was after Christmas when we realised the parcel had not been delivered that I tracked delivery, only to find it had been delivered on 23rd, and left IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR, BEHIND THE WHEELIE BIN; CERTAINLY NOT A SAFE PLACE. There were at least 3 people in all day on 23rd, and there was no knock or ring for delivery; Royal Mail must have knocked with a feather duster. There was no sign of the package, and the neighbours hadn't seen anything either. Now I'm back home, I intended to seek answers, so would appreciate your assistance.”

“Easy website. (I was recommended by a friend). Great products too. Very pleased with the prickly pear oil. I have unsubscribed though because of being bombarded with promotional emails. I will buy more from this company. But I will do it when I am ready and will buy what I need. Still would recommend to others. Well done.”

“I received an email from Beth to review products that I have never recieved! This email came at a great time because I was about to reach out to the customer service team now that christmas and the January sales period is out of the way.
