I live in NI, so as I was planning to visit my family in Corby, I requested delivery to my daughter's house in case there was any delay. This order was to have been a Christmas present for my grandson, but he never got it. I arrived in Corby on 23rd December, and things were pretty chaotic, so I assumed the parcel was on its' way. I didn't like to be checking on-line as I was visiting, so it was after Christmas when we realised the parcel had not been delivered that I tracked delivery, only to find it had been delivered on 23rd, and left IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR, BEHIND THE WHEELIE BIN; CERTAINLY NOT A SAFE PLACE. There were at least 3 people in all day on 23rd, and there was no knock or ring for delivery; Royal Mail must have knocked with a feather duster. There was no sign of the package, and the neighbours hadn't seen anything either. Now I'm back home, I intended to seek answers, so would appreciate your assistance.

Easy website. (I was recommended by a friend). Great products too. Very pleased with the prickly pear oil. I have unsubscribed though because of being bombarded with promotional emails. I will buy more from this company. But I will do it when I am ready and will buy what I need. Still would recommend to others. Well done.

I received an email from Beth to review products that I have never recieved! This email came at a great time because I was about to reach out to the customer service team now that christmas and the January sales period is out of the way. Can someone from the team, please advise on how I can either recieve the product or refund me my money spent. Thanks.

I bought a bundle through Martin Lewis MSE website which should have been free but less than £3 charged for postage. I was subsequently charged £16 to my credit card so am both disapointed in the charge and two of the products I have used so far. The after shave balm bar left a slimy sticky residue so I washed this off imediately. The razor is satisfactory but no where near as good a Gilette or Mr Harry razor: even some of the inexpensive throw away razors are better. So overal I am disapointed at both being charged and the quality of the products I have used so far. I do not normally post negative comments but as there is no way to respond back to Gruum I have made an exception.

I am very pleased with the products I have tried. The face wash bar, cranberry and clementine is great. I love the moisture massage bar which I use after a shower or bath. The lip conditioner vanilla cookie and tripartite is really good too.

I purchased a beard care kit and seasonal roll-ons as gifts for Christmas 2024. Both arrived in good time and the reports from my recipients have been good. I shall definitely recommend these products to my friends and family as future gifts.

Lovely produ ts which feel very natural and suit my skin type. Purchased the orange and grapefruit soap which isn't too drying and smells lovely. Fast delivery and great service.

Purchased for Christmas, it was easy to order and it was delivered quickly considering the christmas period, the products themselves I have found to be really good my beard feels great and love the smell too, I have found the beard oil to be great and it helps to tame my beard as I have curly hair but using this helps to straighten it out and look very tidy.

I ordered from Gruum as a gift for christmas which my sister absolutely loved. It is clear that the items are of great quality. the only reason I am marking it down is because the packaging let it down. I didnt like the fact that I had to rip the postage details off the box. Its great for gifting though!

Did not recieve these product's the first time so I rang and emailed to say they had not been delivered, Grumm said they would have them re-delivered, however they did not send the right product's out and I got a soap set instead!!!
