“I've used Gruum a few times but not, as yet, subscribed. Every product I've had ranging from summertime products to household have been of exceptional quality. I'm on a tight budget but have always managed to find something to suit. Their order tracking and delivery is prompt and I'm always well informed about order progress. Great products & customer service.”

“I had a box of 3 little products & through my Railcard App & they were free - just had to pay postage! They're different home smellies - all lovely & smell really great. That's a really good way to sample your perfumes & try them out. I'll definitely be ordering some regular sizes in the future. Thank you for your free gift. Kathy.”

“Room and pillow spray are delightful. I don’t find that the sleep butter actually melts at all, it’s like odd lumps in the bath. I used the charcoal cleanser hoping it would be good on my skin and within 1 minute I had to take it off as it was burning my skin, wiped all off and my face was bright red and inflamed.”

The sleep butter can sometimes have a thicker texture, but it should still melt smoothly when in contact with warm water. Regarding the charcoal cleanser, it’s important that it’s not too harsh on your skin, and we sincerely apologize for the irritation you experienced.
