“Bit of a disappointing unboxing experience. I ordered the products as an Xmas gift for my son. When it arrived, the box had been crushed on the one side and split open. One of the products had leaked slightly so all of the containers were slippery with product residue. Can't use the box to gift as it is in poor condition. As I have not actually used the products, cannot comment or recommend them.”

“I found their razor handle rather difficult to... er.... handle. I really need to be careful and slow when shaving, or else there's the risk to cut myself. Which I did on a couple of occasions. I personally believe that a handle round in profile would be better. So I'll revert to my previous shaving products.”

“Ordering and setting up account, excellent. Delivery and delivery package excellent. The product itself is massively disappointing. Let's start with the razor handle looks ok,feels cheap. It is uncomfortable to hold (ergonomics people) and is a pain to use. The blades are next to useless and after 5 minutes trying to have a shave on light 5 clock shadow gave up. The baldes when fitted to handle become fixed and have no swivel or movement to allow for contours of your face? Unfortunately you can get better shaves off cheap disposable razors! The shave gel isn't bad,but you have to use alot of the product to get the result.Nice smell though. Body scrub left me sort of confused who is the product aimed at Male or female users or its it unisex? Tried it, like rubbing yourself in ground coffee. Wouldn't use it again. The packaging wouldn't fit into most people's bathroom daily use?(could see it getting knocked over etc)The product also makes a mess in a white bathroom. Gave the razor to my wife she tried a new blade to shave her head(she has alopecia),she gave up . Alot of work needed to make me even consider another purchase.Massively disappointed👎👎👎”

“Razor broke after two weeks and the second one I thought I'd ordered never turned up. Now ordered another one but only so I can use up the blades I have, Shaving gel smells nice but is very hard to use. I never seem to get the right amount (if there is a right amount?!) on my face and it is hard to then wash off after shaving....”
