Hi Gill, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. Standard deliveries are usually completed within 3-5 working days, given the fact that Royal Mail have just got back from the bank holiday, it may take a bit longer than usual. However, I've checked and can confirm that your order has been despatched on 21/09/2022 so it should arrive with you in the next couple of days. Products have not yet arrived and also was unable to apply discount code at check out. Hence rating hope products are ok when arrive.

Very disappointed with the way I was sent the luxury travel set & the product. The package was damaged & half the content missing when it arrived because it comes in a flimsy cardboard box which was supposed to be the gift set!. The soaps are tiny & really don't see the value for charging £22. Complained & a replacement was sent but no compensation for inconvenience. The other frustration was that I responded with a complaint & photo of crumpled package to the email from gruum founders thanking you for the order & didn't even get a response which makes me think this company is all gimmicks & little substance.

Shipping was really slow but at least it arrived. I wanted to love the Skin Defence after reading the reviews on their website that were all 5* and very complementary. Interestingly, I could not leave a review on their website today, which makes me think do they only allow the 5* reviews to be published? I like the ethos of the company and the skin defence is a nice consistency, also fragrance free which will appeal to many. It does not soak in, at all. It sits on the surface of the skin, makes my eye make up smudge under the eye, I look shiny and not in a good way and when I touch my face, I can see the residual oil on my fingers. I won't continue to use it.

I am unable to write a comprehensive review as I ordered the products a while ago ago they still not arrived. I needed them for a holiday that havenow returned from...so who knows ...

Haven’t actually tried the shampoo bar yet as it’s only just arrived (good delivery time), but I don’t feel it’s necessary to send me emails everyday marketing your products, it’s very annoying. I’ve now unsubscribed. I’m looking forward to using your products, but you need to tell your marketing team to chill out

Jusy had an ema titled 'what can gruum do better'. Well, to start with, less emails. Not even received my first delivery yet and I've had several emails per day. No offence but that's that's bit ridiculous and unnecessary.

Frustrated customer! I am writing this as I have not been able to contact the company by email either directly or via the web links. My order did not arrive despite being informed by email it was dispatched on 4th July and would be delivered between 6th and 11th July. I received no further communication about my order and cannot make contact. My previous order had been satisfactory.

Gruum's products are so expensive, they don't last very long like conventional soap would. I appreciate the quality of the goods, but value for money is just not there I'm afraid. I ony placed the order because a friend had asked for her birthday. There are better options for vegan products.

I am very disappointed by my recent interactions with Gruum. I ordered a free trial of a trio of shampoo bar and two other products and whilst on the site decided to order a tin to keep the shampoo bar in when travelling. The tin, which I paid for arrived promptly. The free trial is nowhere to be seen. It seems this was just a mechanism to get you onto their site and there was no free trial at all. This is false advertising and I will not be purchasing anything further from a company which behaves dishonestly.

Depending on what the outcome is with my complaint, I gave 2 rather than 1 star.. Only just ordered and you have an UPSALE of 10 offcut soap bars for £18 which were supposedly £80 worth.. You clearly stated would you like to add this to your order, which would then mean I had gone over the continued spend another £12 for free delivery.. Obviously as you stated adding to my order, the free shipping should have been implemented but when checked, you didn't add it to the SAME order but made a separate order..So as stated in my immediate complaint, if this stands with the charge of £3.95 for shipping, I want a full refund..I hate being conned, but if this actually isn't your intent then please make immediate amends or the refund in full..very annoyed possibly never again S Baer

Tried the shampoo bar A&E it seems ok so giving the other items a go on an offer. Seems overpriced & who needs a wooden comb thing ? Not me, I’d rather have a tin to preserve the bar. Expensive at a fiver to buy ?? In the current economic climate I couldn’t afford to buy unless it was on offer
